I can really only attest to the hot power vinyasa classes, which were phenomenal. After the first 5 classes or so, I felt ready to take it a step up and joined a level 2/3! Alyssa is an amazing instructor and the class flys by so fast because you're so focused on your body and movement. I thoroughly enjoyed all the classes and even convinced my boyfriend to join a few. There aren't many guys that show up but the space is very welcoming and encouraging for new and experienced yogis.
Top notch! Facilities are clean, staff are friendly and attentive, classes will make you sweat, detox, and leave you feeling recharged and accomplished. I finally found a spot that can help me reach my movement goals. I love the variety of classes and the instructors. You can’t go wrong with this spot!
This is a great place! You have people of all shapes, sizes and abilities. The coaches are super helpful and positive, and they have a great variety of classes that are super easy to sign up for on the app. I would recommend True Fusion to anyone.
I started going to TruFusion in mid April of this year. I absolutely love the studio and their hot pilates classes! I’ve gone twice a week ever since April and already notice a difference in my strength and appearance, I have abs now!
I’m very selective on what I spend my money on each month. TruFusion is one of the very few places where I don’t mind spending money on myself each month. Totally worth it!

I love love the classes. The instructors are all great at providing a full body workout. After 1mo of weekly classes I’ve come to really enjoy the hot room classes. Location is super convenient.
I love Tru Fusion so much! It had made me enjoy working out and being active. All the instructors make the classes so engaging and all the classes are so much fun. I recommend it to everyone! It is also extremely clean in all the studios and facilities.
I love coming to Trufusion and being welcomed by the wonderful staff! Barefoot bootcamp is my go to, but there are a variety of classes that are offered. You cannot go wrong with any class or instructor as all the instructors are amazing and supportive throughout the classes. I was so nervous for my first class but the instructor (Maddy) made the class so fun! I appreciate how each instructor encourages the class to go with what feels right!! Thank you to all the staff in making my wellness/fitness journey an easy process.
